Today was the most magical, love-filled day I have ever been a part of. It started off early with the usual pre-wedding things: hair, makeup, photos. Emma was so calm and relaxed, and oh so excited about marrying her favourite person in the whole world.

We got to the winery and proceeded down the ‘aisle.’ The bridal party were all standing together on the green grass under the afternoon sun, like a scene out of a movie. As Emma and Jai exchanged their heart felt vows I was stood there holding our bouquets and two sweet little butterflies fluttered down and landed on my flowers, resting there for a while. I’ve never felt a sense of peace and rightness quiet like I did in that moment. Everything just seemed so tranquil and perfect, and I couldn’t help but let a tear slip out and roll down my cheek.

My best friend just became a Mrs.
